Apply a modifier
Open the modifier selector while logging to choose professional, technical, bilateral, multiple-procedure, discontinued, repeat-procedure, or XE/XP/XS/XU modifiers.
Review adjusted values
The app applies the corresponding RVU adjustment and stores the modifier with the entry. Modifier 51 applies the standard 50% reduction to secondary procedures. CMS therapy and imaging MPPR for the practice expense portion is not applied automatically.
